Reinforced soil method - High-strength micro-pile method

Leave it to us for high-durability micropile construction methods.

The high-strength micropile method involves leaving a high-strength steel pipe, called casing, in the ground as a pile after drilling a hole into the ground. This method is used to support the foundations of bridges and buildings, as well as to reinforce natural slopes and prevent landslides or ground collapses.

Repair and reinforcement method: High-strength micro-pile method

It is possible to select an appropriate micropile method based on the installation conditions, load conditions, construction conditions, and ground conditions of the structure.

This is a pile foundation method developed to respond to harsh construction environments, such as under bridge girders or in close proximity to existing structures, as a seismic reinforcement method for existing foundations. By using small construction machinery and small-diameter steel pipes, it enables construction in confined spaces while minimizing the impact on the surrounding area. 【Features】 ○ The optimal micro-pile method can be selected according to the installation conditions, load conditions, construction conditions, and ground conditions of the structure. ○ By incorporating drilling techniques and pressurized grouting techniques used in ground anchor methods into micro-pile technology, and additionally using steel pipes along with deformed reinforcing bars as reinforcement materials, it forms piles with high strength and high load-bearing capacity. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.

Micro Pile Method "SP Micro Pile"

Micro Pile Method "SP Micro Pile"

This is a full-scale high-strength micro-pile construction method that involves double-tube drilling with large-diameter self-drilling bolts and thick-walled steel pipes, ensuring reliable bolt adhesion by extracting the thick-walled steel pipe within the support layer, and placing the thick-walled steel pipe in the upper section. 【Features】 ● Double-tube drilling with self-drilling bolts Great support capacity even with a narrow diameter. (Can accommodate compression, pull-out, and lateral loads) ● Double-tube drilling using self-drilling bolts and thick-walled steel pipes. (Can be handled with conventional anchor machines) ● Construction is possible even in narrow workspaces by selecting the appropriate installation machinery. ● Injection work can be carried out immediately after drilling is completed. (High-speed construction is economical) ● Reduces the time until steel pipe extraction. (Adhesion with the ground occurs, making extraction reliable) ● Easy connection of bolts and steel pipes. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Micro-pile construction method "SP Fix Pile Method"

Route pile construction method that achieves high speed, labor saving, and multi-stage hook effect.

The "SP Fix Pile" uses a hollow SP bolt as a center rod and employs a double-tube drilling method with a general-purpose drill pipe, which can also be applied as a micro-pile. Once drilling is completed, injection is performed through the SP bolt, and only the drill pipe is withdrawn, eliminating the need for rod retrieval or core material installation, thus enabling labor-saving and high-speed construction. Although it features a thick bolt structure with a diameter of 115mm or more, stable drilling and reliable shaping through pressurized injection can be achieved with a general-purpose anchor machine up to about 20m, making it effective as a long, thick bolt for countermeasures on slopes with extremely deep soft layers or embankment slopes. Additionally, when adopted as a compression-type pile foundation, placing a "mouth reinforcement pipe" at the head allows for the rational handling of horizontal forces and bending moments in addition to axial compressive forces. 【Features】 - It is a reinforcement soil method that does not introduce tension, eliminating the need for tension management. - Even if over-tension occurs due to seismic loads, there is no issue with tension adjustment. - The SP bolt is used as a center rod for double-tube drilling, leaving it in place, so core material insertion work is unnecessary. - It is a waiting-type reinforcement soil that does not require tensioning work. - The work process can be shortened, achieving high-speed construction.
